Requirements

• The NGO must be registered as a Trust, Society, or Section 8 Company.

• Valid registration certificate and governing documents (Trust Deed, MOA & AOA, or Society By-laws).

• Active PAN Card for the organization.

• Details of the Chief Functionary (President, Chairman, or Secretary).

• Updated operational details and annual reports.

• Any legally registered NGO working for social, cultural, educational, or charitable purposes.

• NGOs that seek to apply for government grants or partner in welfare schemes.

• Organizations with accurate and verifiable information about their operations and financials.

• Must have valid PAN and compliance with existing laws.
